RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At Narie, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Policy:
We offer a 5-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked.
You need to return us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging.
Go to Return Centre and fill out the returns form within 48 hrs of package being delivered, once you have requested the return you will receive an email notifying the same.
It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you an email once the return request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can return the products.
The return shipment will be scheduled to the place where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.
The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Final sale product(s) will not be eligible for return.
Refund:
In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt.
Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. Narie reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all the COD orders a link will be sent to your registered mobile number, where you will have to fill in your bank details to redeem the refund amount. It usually takes 48 working hours to process the refund and it might take further 5-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
Replacement & Exchange:
You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
Damaged Product Received:
All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:
1) Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at narie.online@gmail.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours.
2) Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 48 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges.
3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund.
Order Cancellation:
Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customer’s choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
You can request for the cancellation of the order by e-mailing us at narie.online@gmail.com If in case the order is already been shipped, simply reject and return the product(s) at the time of delivery.
