Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

• Express Shipping: Next-day delivery available for orders placed by 11 am previous day.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs:

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over Rs.5000/-.

Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders within India. 

​

Order Processing Time:

​

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Delivery:

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely.

 

Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same. 

 

For India:

 

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 3-4 working days for metro cities and 5-7 working days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.

Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charge will be borne by the customer to reship the package.

International Orders (Outside of India):

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on destination. Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable in your country.
